We're Hiring a Corporate Travel Sales Account Manager to join the Corporate Division of Dawson and Sanderson.
Are you focused on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within our client base? Can you identify and leverage opportunities for growth?
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new client acquisitions using existing and potential customer networks and serve as the lead point of contact for all corporate client account management.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Attend SLA review meetings to identify contract improvements
Work alongside the operations and reservations manager to embed tailored working practices to increase efficiencies
Create and review MI reports to identify contract savings
Negotiate client-specific travel deals tailored to their needs with a range of flight and hotel suppliers
Deliver online booking system training onsite and via Teams
Complete RFP and tenders to win new business
We are looking for an individual with proven business travel experience and strong experience in the travel industry. A strong work ethic, commercial-mindedness, and clear communication skills are imperative to this role. The individual must be able to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple account management projects at once. Excellent IT skills will be required.
The role will involve hybrid working with at least one day per week at our office in Whitley Bay.
